MR PDF ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the MR PDF mobile application (the "App").

The short version: MR PDF processes all your documents locally on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to your files or personal data.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

MR PDF is designed with a privacy-first architecture. We do not collect:

• Your PDF files, documents, or any content you process through the App
• Personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number
• Device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data
• Usage analytics, behavioral data, or tracking information
• Contacts, photos (except those you explicitly select for conversion), or other device data

2. How the App Works

All PDF processing operations — including merging, splitting, compressing, signing, converting, and all other tools — are performed entirely on your device using Apple's native frameworks. Your documents are processed in-memory and are never transmitted to any external server.

The App does not require an internet connection to function. All features work fully offline.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

MR PDF offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions to unlock premium features. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed by RevenueCat, our subscription management platform.

3.1 What Apple Collects

When you make a purchase, Apple processes the transaction through your Apple ID account. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your credit card details, billing address, or Apple ID credentials.

3.2 What RevenueCat Collects

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat receives the following information from Apple:

• An anonymous app user ID (not linked to your personal identity)
• Purchase and subscription status (active, expired, etc.)
• Transaction identifiers provided by Apple
• Device type and OS version (for compatibility purposes)

3.3 Subscription Management

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.

4. Camera and Photo Library Access

The App may request access to your camera (for the Scan to PDF feature) and photo library (for the Image to PDF feature). These permissions are requested only when you use those specific features. All images captured or selected are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared.

5. File Access

The App uses Apple's document picker to let you select files. We access only the specific files you choose, and only for the duration of the processing operation. We do not scan, index, or retain access to your file system.

6. Third-Party Services

Other than RevenueCat (for subscription management) and Apple (for payment processing), the App does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or social media SDKs.

7. Data Security

Because we do not collect or store your data on any servers, there is no centralized database that could be breached. Your documents remain on your device at all times, protected by your device's built-in security features including encryption, biometric authentication, and the iOS sandbox.

8. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we do not collect personal information from any users, there is no age-specific data handling.

9. International Users

Since the App processes all data locally on your device, your information is not transferred across borders by us. Subscription-related data processed by Apple and RevenueCat may be stored in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
